Initial ideas:
- mental health organisation, classes, education
- audience: school kids or university students, maybe both?
- could visit schools to give out pamphlets and educate
- emphasis on self care
- raise awareness to be sensitive towards yourself and others that need it
- exhibitions in schools and unis
- interactive workshops
- interactive publication, self care help booklet with planner and encouragements
- positive, happy, normalise
- age appropriate classes and resources
- encouraging general healthy attitude, healthy eating, excersise, yoga, mindfulness
- use local resources: mind, inkwell
- being able to talk to family, friends, peers
- gender stereotypes education, boys cant cry etc
- approach university unions
- maybe society?
- could be based in student union but take trips out to other schools?
